My story: I wasn’t happy with the condition of the Mac I received (not grade A imo) and the fact the price got lowered only couple of hours after my purchase. The seller accepted my claim and after a lengthy round of negotiations I ended up getting another (!) Mac Pro (grade C) with a discount, and this time the condition of the second one was much better than expected.
