This is NOT the first time I've had this reaction. It may be this instant request yields non-response from serious customers OR may solicit false positive replies from those providing instant no-experience reviews or customers who are just happy the thing showed up! Fix this.

I do not want to believe the seller meant to misrepresent the condition. I reached out to share the actual condition of the item, with images of the tool, and what a new one looks like and I received no response. That was very disappointing given the fact that I shared this exact content as an FYI and said if the cutters are good shaped I’d keep it.
