    Hat was received in a timely manner. Upon receiving I immediately tried to resize hat to fit. Several of the nubs separated from the hat making resizing impossible. I quickly contacted the seller with pictures and explained that the hat was unusable. I was notified almost immediately that I would be refunded. Received the refund the following day. I appreciate that the seller rectified the issue immediately. I do not believe that they could have known the nubs would separate.
