But this customer is 100% lying and it is not fair to me as the seller. I offered a free return with a 100% refund, as per our saved eBay conversation. The buyer denied the free return and wanted me to send them either an extra battery or a $15 refund. This is suspicious, so I suspect that this buyer was trying to scam me. Secondly, the item arrived within 3-5 business days, and it was not marked late by eBay
