The product you sold me was not as described. He would not give me a refund had to argue with him for a refund then he tried to short me $132. I had to get eBay involved. He tried to tell me it was missing some Styrofoam and missing a piece on the end of the plug which was not true. eBay settled with me and I finally got a refund. Buyer did not read full description or look over the pictures properly, I take detailed photos of everything included. Which I sent a receptacle and cover that were not returned with the toaster. Toaster was brand new and fully functional prior to listing and selling, still fully functional upon return. I reached out multiple times to buyer, I strive for excellent customer satisfaction!
