The item clearly stated buyer responsibility for pick up. I offered him freight shipping if he arranged it but he didn't take any action on this. I was forced to cancel the sale due to buyer communication issues and his neglect on this purchase as months of my time were wasted with this seller who doesn't understand and doesn't care how eBay works.
