Problem was with quality the new ECU. I wrote them that I have problems but I needed to send it back and than I would have to pay shipping import duties and taxes again. I deceided to open ECU and there was sand from send blasting. I told them everything but I didn't receive anything useful for me. Because of long shipping I was late to open case.
