Everything about it is as good as the original besides one flaw which is the mechanism that pushes down into the mouse to change the scroll speed for the wheel is sliiightly too large and doesn't allow room for the button to depress and lock into that setting. But all I did was swap it out for the original and everything works perfectly. Shipping was very fast considering it said it was supposed to come in September so well done on that!

For the G700 model, the lever for switching scroll modes is narrow (as in the picture with a blue background), but for the G500 model there is no such lever on the scroll at all. In different pictures these levers are of different widths. I don’t know which mouse comes with a wide lever for scrolling, but definitely not the G700. As a result, when installing the sent wheel, switching

There was an issue with the original item received, however the store was extremely diligent in quickly understanding the error, and shipping out a replacement to resolve the problem. Coordinator was extremely polite and apologetic, and the replacement even arrived before the original expected delivery date. Would highly recommend this team for purchases in the future.
