Was pleasantly surprised at how different feeling the keys are to the standard keys. The indents really help me not look at my keyboard to adjust finger positions (my brother agreed). Great buy!

There was an issue with the original item received, however the store was extremely diligent in quickly understanding the error, and shipping out a replacement to resolve the problem. Coordinator was extremely polite and apologetic, and the replacement even arrived before the original expected delivery date. Would highly recommend this team for purchases in the future.
