The seller offers me another similar item with the same specifications and then creates the shipping label, but I never take the item to the USPS branch for shipping. 2. The seller lacks efficient communication and takes several days to respond. 3. I made every effort to source a replacement that was better than the original. I did make the effort to communicate, though clearly this customer felt this was lacking. When all was said and done, the buyer requested a full refund, and this was promptly processed.
