Even if I did warn him about this SECOND cancelation, he would not have responded, given his reputation as a seller and the fact that he did not respond to the first cancelation message I sent. He is a petty, bitter person with nothing better to do than waste people's time. I do not want or need his business.

He is playing games with me because I purchased something from him that he never sent or provided tracking for, even though I reached to him before getting Ebay involved. Now, he is buying the cheapest items in my store and leaving negative, petty reviews when I cancel the order. I do not wish to do business with someone that treats people this way. I'm certain I'm not the first one he has done this to. I warned him that he would be reported.
