ALSO, 20 of his last 38 negative reviews like this one state that he won't answer inquiries if there is a problem. He sells so many $1-$2 items that he doesn't care about negative feedbacks, since these small sales keeps his positive percentage ratio high. Great for him, too bad for customers who experience a legitimite problem.

Overall, I would strongly suggest avoiding this seller if you are overseas - other 1* reviews have had similar experiences of seller taking orders and not fulfilling them.
