I purchased a listed item from shur_4763 and he refused to send the item, advising I should cancel the order as they did not offer international shipping (this is the brief version). My address listed on eBay has never been in the USA, but the seller claims otherwise. After extended communication, they still refuse to ship. This "buyer" is a scammer who tried to have me send the item to a different address than the one they have listed on their account. In a different country even. The item was not listed as shipping outside the US, and any buyer asking a seller to ship to an address other than the one they have on file with eBay is trying to pull a scam.
