The customer service with both the seller and Medicool has been great! my first one the charge wasn’t lasting so well, but it was no problem getting it replaced and to continue on with my business! Well worth the money!!

This particular e-file is now the one that basically has replaced it through their company. It is so smooth and lighter weight! I will say I may have gotten a defective one because the charge wasn’t quite lasting, but both the seller and MEDICOOL have been super helpful and just replacing it for me! Good tools are the key to longevity!
