There is no way to adjust for case thickness which I expected. Case material and side wheels are all plastic - and cheaply constructed. I expected rubber wheels on the side for smoother operation and no noise then there is no phone in the holder. It has a very stable hook connection to the air vents. I give it a 6 out of 10 .
