(I just received it and have yet to utilize IT) In my experience B & S products and kits are of great quality and value and I believe this will be no exception. Although the packaging of the item was excellent, there was some leakage of the product in the shipping bag. I contacted McHenry customer service and they quickly replaced the item. I was so impressed with how they treated me that I saved them in my favorites. I'll be checking their site first the next time I need power equipment parts.

Gotta make more money. I get it. It does take alot of work to get it in a little 4 by 8 envelope and drop it in a mailbox. Im not even sure itd weight on a scale. Small as a quarter. There was no communication so theres nothing to say. Im just glad I got my part for the customer.
