The only thing I saw with them is a few smudges/scratches on the case but the buds are just like new. The sound quality is great and they work just like new AirPods. Shipping was amazing, and they arrived in perfect condition. Only a few minor almost invisible scratches on the outside of the case, but apart from that, they work and sound great! If you are skeptical just like I was don't be! These are the real thing. I'm so happy and grateful, thank you very much :>
