    Nine days since purchase, item not received or listed as dispatched. No response from seller to my enquiries. Hopefully a genuine reason for this. Item wanted for daughter’s birthday. I’m hoping the sale will be honoured, but not confident. Very disappointing to say the least and confusing as seller has 100% feedback which is why I purchased from them.
