In all had to pay 23€ on arrival of parcel at home by DHL. It seems that DHL Express collectd the VAT locally as well. In photos below please note DHL Malta receipts which are shown. Please advise what can be done to be refunded at least the VAT charged by eBay. MaltaPost contracts the Company DHL Couriers to deliver International Post within Malta. eBay confirm you paid the VAT due to eBay - hence the IOSS Code provided on your order. DHL can levy further Import or Customs Charges. If DHL levied a VAT charge then that was incorrect and you should contact DHL and request/demand a refund as the VAT is paid by eBay as proven by the eBay IOSS Code Receipt number. .
