    Item is sealed and brand new! Buyer told me they never opened the item so how do they know it doesn’t work? Buyer failed to do proper research to ensure this works with Windows 11. And yes, I don’t accept returns for invalid reasons such as not doing proper research to ensure this works with your system. Buyer is stupid and a liar. A case of buyer’s remorse. Buyer is now blocked.
