I paid for shipping to South Africa specifically to my physical address as I am disabled and can not walk. I received a notification that not only was I to collect my parcel but was liable for shipping charges passed on by the seller. As much as I appreciate the item purchased, I certainly did not appreciate the unethical shipping practice the seller adopted. In any case, you didn't contact us before leaving a negative vote so we could resolve it. It's a shame.
