Seller tried to blame shipping but he didn’t insure the shipment either. He told me he could refund $65 otherwise he would lose money… oh then he stopped responding. What a joke.

The seller did ship a replacement power supply, but the poor packaging still resulted in the chassis being bent which I was able to use pliers to bend almost back in shape. For what was paid, would have expected better packaging and no issues. I have since bough 3 more of the same from other sellers for less with much better packaging and no unit issues.
