    Wanted to resolve this with the seller direct but they did not respond to my message or email so i had to do a refund directly with ebay. Refunded as soon as scanned by post office so that was good. laptop was a good refurb and very clean, defective keyboard which could not have been checked, had to check the screen after every word as the keys were not responsive and some keys needed to pressed multiple times to get it to register. Wil use seller again as no quibble on returning.
