Then the seller tried to take money from my refund when I returned. He stated that the stereo had missing pieces and did not fit his car, so the return was accepted. Upon receiving the item we refunded him for the item, but the shipping price was checked off. He let us know he did not receive a full refund and we corrected it almost instantly. They still left this negative feedback although we were very responsive throughout the entire situation.
