The buyer later sent a message saying he did not intend to leave a negative review but could not retract it since 30 days had elapsed. What happened: He bought the wrong item Propellers for Inspire 1, that did not fit his Inspire 2 drone. Item was clearly described with photos. No returns accepted policy. I did agree to refund payment upon receipt of item, but it never arrived. He should have messaged me to return item, instead left negative review.
