Even after you send proof of item damage he wants to deny a refund and is down to fight to the teeth to keep your money. I should've known better by the way his customer service is, he is very rude and confrontational. Avoid this guybat all cost I'm dealing with a case on him right now for something he sold me and all he does is insult me.
