        Return was processed quickly, but the item was not as described. It was sold as brand new, but was clearly reconditioned. The print head was already loaded with ink, which could have caused serious damage to my printer as I only use genuine Canon inks. There’s no way for me to know what type of ink had been used. The seller stated that they bought the items in bulk, but I’m unsure how they didn’t notice that the unit was covered in ink and had absorbent pads inside the protective casing.
