Open box is new with no wear and tear, but I received a switch that was cracked and damaged to the screen and actual device. The game and subscription were also missing. Contacted the seller and go no where and then ignored. Contacted eBay and got no where. Very upset I was lied to and received damaged and missing items. I asked for a partial refund for the missing items and was ignored.
