I immediately contacted the seller to see if the item I ordered was still available, but they never responded to me. I requested a refund through eBay. They agreed to a refund so I shipped the item back to them (unopened). Upon their receipt of the item they gave me a 50% refund, claiming the item did not arrive in original condition. I had to counter with photo proof of how I shipped the item to receive my full refund. Not a great transaction.
