The product shipped did not match what was listed in the product page. So, reached out to the seller, and received a prompt response. The seller was very polite, and requested me to ship the item back (through FREE shipping) and for a FULL REFUND. I'll use this seller again.

Unfortunately who ever picked the order didn’t put both hoses in the box. This vendor was emailed multiple times. Unfortunately they never responded. So here I am writing this stupid message . My thought was buy from the same vendor so shipping would have been easier. But now I’m out $62 bucks for a hose.,and they loose the future sales.Heater Hose Set For 2011-2014 Ford Mustang 5.0L V8 2012 2013 Motorcraft KH-549（#305024309919）

A good quality part for the price that was packaged in bubble wrap and a box. It was clean and fit my 2001 Honda Accord EX perfectly. More importantly, it worked as advertised. Would buy from this seller again!
