Upon receipt, I was impressed by the seller’s impeccable attention to detail. The printhead was securely packaged and sealed in a pouch. Although I ordered a refurbished or used item, it appeared brand new. A reassuring nozzle check printout, presumably produced with the actual part, was also included. This seller is now bookmarked.

A print out was included with the item but it appears to be from a different unit as the mac address didn't match the one I received. Once I was able to install it and set it up I could confirm it works as expected and printed out a copy of the paper included that confirmed that paper wasn't from the unit I received.
