Best of all I was able to fix two printers for about $330 instead of spending $1200 or more for new printers. My printers work like new!! It only takes about 20 minutes to install one with some help from YouTube. Great company!

Spoke to Ferdinand Roman last week @ Printer Depot Solutions 305 562 6168. He told me to install and use fuser until I heard from you & received replacement unit. He offered me 40% off unit already sent, but I prefer unit like new in good shape for the long term. I am not happy to say the least. Received 2 notes sharing you wish feedback but NOTHING about replacement unit. Please cancel Allstate Insure
