"This item is shipped out from Riga, Latvia, as stated in the shipping section of the listing. Your order details show that VAT wasn't charged by eBay and has to be paid during the import. You can avoid the rest of the fees if you know how to clear the items from customs by yourself, Sincerely, Alex" I still can't find where it stated this in the advert
