Client told me they threw it in the garbage immediately, without giving me a second to try to fix the issue. We would send another one right after. We refunded the client immediately and what we asked is just a photo to see if it was damaged in transit, or maybe it was a defective lot that we should have reported to our supplier G-S SUPPLIES, INC. We always fix any issues with our clients and NEVER leave anyone disappointed.
