They shipped me the wrong item, then pressured me to cancel my return request and send it directly back to them under the promise they would immediately ship the correct unit. I held up my end and returned it as instructed, but they never sent the replacement and stopped responding entirely. Totally dishonest and deceptive behavior. Buyers beware.
