Two of them were not IEC C13 compatible and would not work for any PC Dell Xbox or Cisco devices. They were IEC C19 which are 20amp rated and completely different connection than an IEC 13..

I left a message for them and they fixed it within 2 hours without canceling the order and re-order. SUPER HAPPY with them. I'm not experienced with pricing of the items but I think prices are fair, but I'll be buying more from them because their service is AWESOME! Condition looks good. Appearance is good. Packing was excellent. all parts accounted for. Haven't tested them yet.
