Seller went out of his way to ensure my package arrived next day, ordered at 3pm and arrived by 9am. Can't recommend him enough. Product was brand new and sealed excellent price and quality. The communication and rectifying it could not have been better and the person (who gave their name!) corrected the issues immediately and kept me informed. You couldn't ask for more. The packaging was compact but clearly very protective of the computer. Overall - very impressed and I would thoroughly recommend them.
