It was a gift for my son and of course, ruined his birthday because he had nothing to open. After informing the seller of this, nothing was done. He said my card was refunded, i waited 3 days, nothing, then found out a gift card was issued. So, basically it was a horrible experience. I received a messed up, completely different laptop, was told it was an honest mistake, then after the

When I got it, I was very unsure if the laptop was even in the box. It was, but was thrown in the box with little padding (NOT GOOD), screen was broken(not from FedEx) & still required their info to login. They answered quickly got me a return ticket and then went completely dark once it was shipped.
