I decided to be patient and to pay the customs fees, but could never figure out how to pay them. Outside of the refund window, the seller still refunded me for the item. Would definitely do business with them again!

Fortunately, it was wrapped with plenty of bubble wrap so the Armillary was not damaged at all.
