I definitely recommend this seller — attentive and reliable.

The ad on eBay said it was unlocked at the United States. It does not work on the T-Mobile network in the US. There is nothing T-Mobile can do to help me. Now I am out $300 because I purchased not a case for this telephone. I am hoping the merchant can do something about this. But I will leave a negative review until she remedies it. Furthermore, unlocking a phone does not guarantee compatibility with all carriers. We have never promised to include a phone case as a gift.
