Will give seller the benefit of the doubt that it was a carrier delay and not a delay to ship. From 7/27 the item was then in transit over two weeks before finally getting delivered - but that is obviously a carrier gripe. So it arrived way late but otherwise no issues. Item was as described and in condition described.
