I asked the seller and was told the item had been shipped. On 8/16, UPS still did not have the item and I asked for a refund. UPS then showed that they finally received it on 8/16 and I received it yesterday - 8/21. I paid extra to buy from this seller because they promised 2-4 day delivery. This was 12 days.
