I was offered a replacement, and respectfully suggested that perhaps a cardboard sleeve would be more secure. The replacement arrived safely today, packed in a cardboard sleeve. As they are rather lightweight and fragile, they will be used as part of an indoor flower arrangement rather than a plant support.

For context item that arrived is 2 photos in middle of rest of photos that are very misleading. One came broken, I originally asked for half refund, eventually got full so decided this feedback as I have even if it's not what I ordered, 1 of 2 of the knock off item pictured few images in, and a full refund. I've advised seller use photos only of what their selling.
