I contacted the seller, no reply. I was suppose to get a refund of $20 when I sent back the old fuser unit back. No refund either. I tried reaching out to them again. Still no reply. Won't recommend the fuser unit.

Quality seems equivalent to OEM, and there was a packet of grease included in this kit. These printers are quite old, and there are several models besides HL-5470DW that have the same fuser problem. Fuser parts are hard to find; genuine Brother fusers are either sold out or people want $300. Might be time to replace printer.
