Item arrived exactly as described, and it was packed very well so as not to be jostled during shipping. Great seller. Glad to have this battlepack again.

Refused to take accountability. So much for being an adult and toy store. Zero integrity. Not as described when arrived. So petty as to refuse to sell to me in future for their lack of responsibility. Be cautious about purchasing from them.
