    As a truck driver was not able to pick-up headset, until Saturday. Package and Packaging was excellent. Never had a headset, and no directions to headset enclosed in the Packaging. Upon inspection to the headset, it looked brand new, even though the seller had branded the headset as USED. I was very satisfied with the headset. Went to YOU TUBE APP to get directions on headset. Found out the headset had an application to this headset. And directions as well. I am very SATISFIED with item
