The only unpleasant surprise was the shipment cost, I bought two multimeters at once, they were sent together, but I have to paid separately for the shipment of each one and finally I got two small parcels, what cost me $70 within EU. Why ? Few months earlier I have a bit bigger and a bit heavier shipment from Japan, also via DHL, it cost just $49.
