It came wrapped extremely well, arrived before it was supposed too. You could tell it was refurbished, but it's appearance was still very nice and they did a good job.

Even he gave me another option to buy different phone. But it was out of my budget. You can trust this seller. Leaving 4 star because of his gesture 1star I left because of product quality.
