  The doll arrived with a broken shoe/foot due to the poor packing. The doll was placed in a plastic bag on top of a few air pillows and that was the only protection provided. The doll moved about freely within the carton, resulting in the damage stated above. I was able to repair the damage with glue. The carton was in poor condition and barely had enough tape to hold it together. This seller needs a lesson on packing!

  I am so sorry in replying so late but as I was viewing my Ebay profile, this is the only negative review I had. I remember that doll I sold. Unfortunately I did not package it myself. I took it to the UPS store and they packaged it for a fee. Apparently they need a lesson in packing. I learned and Now I will package my items myself. This review was over 1 year ago. Can you please remove it? Thankyou
