The black listing was then discounted, and the phone isn’t as described: it even lacks the Sony Ericsson logo on the back cover. I contacted the seller (I wasn’t in Miami at delivery) and the only “solution” offered was to return it—no partial refund or compensation despite their mistake. Disappointing and not trustworthy. Never buy again here. Over 12 years working with ebay and this is the first time I have this.
